Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it. LastCut is operated by Quinn Care Private Limited.
01 Request deletion by email
Account deletion is handled by our support team. To delete your account, email us from the email address or with the phone number registered to your account:
- To: [email protected]
- Subject: Account Deletion Request — [your username]
- Include: the phone number or email registered to your account, the product you use (for example, LastCut at lastcut.video), and whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data.
Sending your request from the address or number registered to your account helps us verify that the request is genuine. If you no longer have access to it, tell us in your email and we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request.
02 When your account is deleted
Once your request is verified, deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account, your uploaded images and your generated videos are erased from our database and from storage. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account or its content afterwards.
03 What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we erase:
- Account & profile data — your phone number, name, and, for web platform accounts, your email, company, role, and login credentials;
- Customer Content — images, videos, prompts, and related materials you uploaded or generated; and
- Usage data associated with your account.
04 What data may be retained
We deliberately retain payment and transaction records after account deletion, because tax and accounting law requires it. We may also retain limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, and to comply with other legal obligations. 05 Deleting specific data without closing your account
If you want certain data deleted (for example, specific uploaded content) without deleting your whole account, say so in your email using the same subject line, and describe the data you want removed. You can also exercise other rights over your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected Meta account. To remove LastCut's access to a Meta account without contacting us, press Disconnect on the Meta ads page: the stored access token is deleted immediately. Ads already created stay in your own ad account. You can also remove LastCut from your Facebook settings, under Business integrations.
